Auxins- Social Mobility is a community specialist independent working with partners by providing supported employment and transition opportunities for individuals at multiple complex needs or social disadvantage to enable Social Mobility.
We assist individuals in improving life chances and equip individuals skills needed and provide specialist support to individuals taking the first steps into independence.
We work to match the skills and talents of individuals with to suitable opportunities and help individuals not only find work but retain opportunities gained, continue to stay in work and build on independence.
We deliver focused high quality projects and programmes that helps individuals obtain and build on real quality work experience, gain, retain sustainable employment, independent living and enjoy supportive relationships in communities.
We work with employers and help them find a range of talented employees. We recruit with social awareness, promote staff retention, provide ongoing awareness training and in-work and business process support. We will continue to build on our already established network of employers, support future relationships to understand positive action to diversify work forces under the Equality Act 2010.
